Carlos Evans
As Chief Commercial Officer & Partner of Iron Horse Midstream, Mr. Evans leads the company efforts in business development, opportunity origination, commercial and M&A efforts.
Prior to joining Iron Horse, Mr. Evans was a Founding Partner and Chief Commercial Officer of Tall Oak Midstream, where he helped lead the development and sale of four midstream platforms in Oklahoma totaling over $2 billion in transaction value.
He began his career at Chesapeake Energy (now Expand Energy), where he held various leadership roles focused on marketing and midstream strategy across the Midcontinent, Haynesville, and Barnett basins. His responsibilities included structuring and executing gathering and processing agreements, as well as NGL and residue gas takeaway solutions.
Mr. Evans serves on the board of Oklahoma Energy Explorers, is an active member of the Natural Gas and Energy Association of Oklahoma (NGEAO), and was named to Hart Energy’s “Forty Under 40” in 2017.
Mr. Evans attended the University of Central Oklahoma, receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance, in 2004. Carlos and his wife, Kristi, have three children and live in Edmond, OK.
